Everyone is busy making lists of what they want to accomplish in this new year. As I sit this morning staring a the verse on this page of my journal {Therefore keep the words of this covenant, and do them, that you may prosper in all that you do. Deuteronomy 29:9} and think about all that God did for me in 2022 and what He has instore for me in 2023. We can make all the plans and promises to ourselves that we want, but I was reminded last night if we don't stop fighting God's path for our lives, we stop the daily blessings He gives us. Life is simple really...wake up each morning thankful for the breath in our lungs and sun on our shoulders. Strive to always do the right thing, even when our flesh doesn't want to. Be kind to others regardless of how you are treated by the world. If you feel led to plant roots, do so and treat the land well, it will take care of you. If the path is leading you to the unknown, have Faith and take the steps. We all have spiritual gifts. Find yours and use it for Good. 

One day soon I'm going to stop doing all this work myself thinking I know what God wants me to write to you. But if I didn't put in the work to prepare the soil, the seeds may not prosper. But as sure as I know I'm awake and breathing, I know He will use my work at another time for another reason. Watch for the blessings in our lives...they are there and countless. Now let's finish our coffee and get outside to do some wandering and see what Joy we can find as we continue to…Wander With Willy
